Little Missouri State Park Over 6,000 acres of picturesque Badlands along the Little Missouri River. Features group picnic shelters, hiking and horseback trails, semi-modern and primitive camping, horse rentals and guide service. Corrals are available for those bringing their own horses.

 

Badlands Trail Rides and Eastview Campground Located 18 miles north of Killdeer, two miles east from Highway 22. Horseback riding on thousands of acres of scenic Little Missouri River Badlands. Secluded wooded campground with panoramic views. Camping and new hand crafted log cabins are available year round.

 

lake Sakakawea Offering the best walleye fishing in North Dakota as well as boating, water skiing, sailing, and wind surfing.

 

lake 110 National Wildlife Refuge Located less than 1 mile off Highway 200 between Killdeer and Dunn Center. The area offers great fishing, picnicking, and opportunities for bird and wildlife watching and photography.

 

Medicine Hole Golf Course Just north of Killdeer on Highway 22. An awesome nine hole grass green course that includes a driving range, which was designed by award winning Jim Engh.
