Bank of North Dakota PACE & Flex PACE Interest Buy Down
The Dunn County Jobs Development Authority will participate in Bank of North Dakota PACE family of Programs on an approved application basis. Applications must be made through the Dunn County JDA and participation in loan buy downs will be determined by the Board of Directors. Estimated application approval time is three to four weeks if all necessary information is provided at the time of application. If you are interested in participating in one of the PACE programs contact the Dunn County Jobs Development Authority Executive Director.

Start-up Advertising Program 
This grant is available to businesses that have worked with the Dunn County JDA Representative/s to establish a NEW essential business within the greater community of Dunn County. This grant will be offered as a final incentive to a startup that has met the established criteria and may be utilized toward advertising within the first three months of operation.

Sign Program
The Dunn County JDA has developed a sign grant program for businesses that will offer a matching grant up to $250. Eligible expenditures for the sign grant program include: Exterior Signs, Window Signs, Awning and Canopy Signage, Labor (construction & installation)

Store Front Renovation Grant
The JDA offers store front renovation grants to encourage the occupancy and renovation of vacant and dilapidated buildings within Dunn County and improve the image and appearance of Main Street and high traffic areas throughout Dunn County. Buildings must be within the County must accent a retail or professional business storefront. Applicants may apply for up to $5000 in matching funds towards the improvement. 

Community Project Grant
Community Projects must be visible improvements that enhance the use of public space. Applicants may include schools, cities, churches, community groups. If the applicant is not the owner of the property, the owner is required to co-sign the application for funding. (i.e. Community group project in a city park) Applicants may apply for up to $250 in matching funds towards the actual costs involved in the improvement and the application must be approved prior to the commencement of the project.

Micro Loan Program
The purpose of this program is to encourage creation, expansion and stability of small business in Dunn County as well as the creation of jobs and diversifying the economy. Applications are taken throughout the year an applicants are encouraged to work with the JDA staff or the area Small Business Development Center to complete the application process. Loans are limited to $5000 and are repayable over a 3 year term
